Rob’s side of the story
Growing up in Central Florida and spending summers and breaks in New Smyrna Beach shaped Rob’s love for the coastal lifestyle and the communities that make this area special. From boating and beach days to local restaurants and the hidden places only locals know, his connection to the market is deeply personal as well as professional.
As a dad of three, Rob connects naturally with families who are looking for more than a house. He understands that for many buyers, the real goal is finding a lifestyle that fits the way they want to live.
Jayme’s side of the story
Jayme has called Seminole County home for more than two decades while balancing motherhood, real estate, and active involvement in the local community. With children who have grown up in the area, including a current UCF student, she brings firsthand insight into schools, neighborhoods, and everyday life.
She is often the trusted guide for parents who want the right environment for their kids, the best commute, and the local knowledge that helps a place truly feel like home.
